\nAfrin nose spray is the only thing that works for my sinuses. It totally opens them up and allows me to breathe unbelievably. Way better than Flonase or any other sprays I have used.

\nThe only problem is I become reliant on it and very stuffed when I stop using it. Plus it has coolant as one of the ingredients.

\nI tried SinusBuster with Capsicum. It will drain my nose, but won\'t "open" up my sinuses so I can breathe properly.

It\'s not allergies. It is a year round thing. One nostril is usually plugged each morning. Then throughout the day there is congestion.

\nI have a neilmed sinus rinse bottle. I use the salt packet and sometimes add a few drops of grapefruit seed extract. I only use it a couple times a week though.

\r\n \r\n I work at a place with lots of fine dust in the air. After working there for a few years I started having bad sinus problems. Headaches, stuffed up all the time, and the stuff I would pull out my nose was unreal. I tried a lot of different prescription sprays and powders, nothing really worked. Then I came across the neilmed sinus rinse, and that has worked beautifully. I use it everyday that I work. For the first 4-6 months I couldn\'t wait to get home from work and use it to clear my head. Now I rarely feel stuffed up, even after working in the dusty enviroment all day. I don\'t know what I would do without that stuff, I feel night and day differnce from when I wasn\'t using it. I recomend it to everyone at my work that I see with sinus problems (there is a few), but they all would rather spray a steriod up there nose then just clean out the stuff thats bugging them.
