Question EDS/root canals

Hello, I was diagnosed having hypothyrodism. I've been taking Armour, and continue to have a few symptoms. I read that if you had a root canal, that it can lead to other health problems. I had two root canals in 2008, and the area is sore, when the area is touched. I had pain when I tried to eat after the procedure, though the pain lasted for a short time.

I found a holistic dentist. The catch is, that the dentist charges $600 for a treatment called Electro-dermal screening. Electro-dermal screening is supposed to see if the root of your health problems is related to your teeth or another part of your body. Has anyone heard of this?

I don't want to pay $600, though if there are payment plans, if the procedure is a waste of time.

A doctor I spoke with recently told me that if you inject procain around the suspected tooth the tooth in about 5 days will feel likes its getting better if it is the one that has the problem... it is a diagnosist tool not a cure....

he also uses a voll technique for diagnosis of rootcanal issues... he is not a destinst. He find the issue then sends the patient out for treatment. Either redo the root canal or have the tooth removed. Find a Biomimetic dentist. do a search.
