Has anyone actually purchased Dr Ripich's $49.95 book "30-day Diabetes Cure," tried it, followed it, and been cured? It's being offered today here: https://30daydiabetescure.com/the-plan-noopt-4-25-a/
Is this just yet another expensive rip off or a true healing miracle? Amazon has it used for $37.00
My type 2 diabetes is very well controlled and has been for years, but a real cure?
I think I'd seen that ad before...maybe even a year ago.....I didn't buy it.
You know what they say about "if something sounds too good to be true" it probably isn't true.
And I know of no one else who bought it either.

JanH, just try turmeric (curcumin) for sugar lowering help. Try one capsule of 500mg one day and test your sugar the next morning. You may be surprised.
Many other benefits of turmeric too. https://www.turmeric-curcumin.com/ You should be able to find turmeric at your local health food store. If you climate is like central Texas, now is not the time to order any herb or supplement for delivery. Triple digit heat.
jfh, thanks. I already take turmeric, gymnema, chromium, ALA, vanadium, numerous other supplements. I take no insulin or pharmaceuticals to help control my blood sugar. If I'm careful with what I eat and maintain my exercise program, my A1C and fasting are all on the highish side of normal range. Dr. Ripich promises an actual "cure," not just control, which is what interested me. Those who give testimonials on the link I provided are very enthusiastic, of course, but I'm always suspicious of those. I was hoping for someone on this site who'd actually bought the book and tried the program.
I understand JanH. I just don't see why anyone would buy such a book, if they are already knowledgeable, of diabetes, as you seem. Look at the Day-1 through Day-10 steps. Does that seem like there would be a cure? Day-2 says simply add a little of this spice ... which he won't tell you until you buy the book. I just supplied you a list of such. The rest just seems like common sense for diabetics of type 2. He talks about certain beverages and carbs to stay away from. Your own research can tell you such.
As he says, the key to reversing diabetes is not will power, it is brainpower. But I also think will power is important when trying to follow a diet or dietary plan. He does give you "secrets" to help that brainpower.
50 dollars "right now" plus free gifts. And that is a $20 discount for a while. Well I suppose. You might want it for you library and friends.
Greetings.
first post of a Type 2 diabetic + other issues I'm hoping to cure.
I use Natrol's Cinnamon Extract 1000 mg and I eat a boring diet mostly. 1 tablet or sometimes 2 tablets if I'm splurging (on holidays) does the job quick enough.
If not I pace a few times or walk the block..
My Mum takes these in the morning if her sugar is high and she is type 1. She still needs her insulin.
It's real cinnamon and not the table kind which is only flavored.
and for the chocolate cravings...
I eat a single Mounds and it don't raise my sugars very much. Lately I've been eating too many of these but one at a time. My sugars levels are rarely over 180 most of the time under 160.

21 grams. That is about 5 teaspoons of sugar. The first ingredient is corn syrup (really high fructose corn syrup - that's the worse). The third ingredient is sugar.

Don't fool yourself.
Keeping your sugar levels under 160 is the important thing yes?
Keeping your sugar levels under 160 is the important thing yes?
The "important thing" is to keep your blood sugar levels within the "normal" range of between 80-120, (some doctors say 70-110 is the normal range). If your body has gotten used to 160-180 as its "normal" range, you should consult an endocrinologist (diabetes specialist). The excess sugar circulating in your body is most likely doing damage to your body's organs/systems. In the mean time, I suggest you slowly get your body used to lower blood sugar levels.
I have reversed type 2 diabetes, and it is not that difficult. The most important thing is to make sure your vitamin D level is optimal. The next step is to make sure you are getting all 60 minerals. Take in large amounts of dark green juices, and lay off the sugar, especially high fructose corn syrup. This also includes fruit juices, since most are much too sweet.
Load up on nutrients, antioxidants, and chlorophyll while eliminating processed foods, especially white bread, pasta, cookies, ets..
Exercise is very important as well since type 2 diabetics are generally overweight, and fat tends to make cells insulin resistant.

No! Keeping your blood sugar levels between 80 and 120 is the thing. You've been listening to the ADA too much!
You are on a course for severe disease in your older age.
Read Protein Power by Drs. Eades (husband and wife team)
You need to recalibrate your body and become sensitive to insulin again.
and for some people they have been able to throw their insulin away after doing an MMS protocol. www.jiomhumble.biz to learn about mms.
Lower 80's is low and makes me shaky.
I do keep my sugar down.
100 to 140 is fine according to the medical world.
Your sugars will spike some right after a meal unless you eat only fish or meat with diabetes.. With the cinnamon extract pills the sugars drops fast within range.
I have used MMS2 for a few days then went to H2O2 which helped greatly with hyposomnia and my fatigue.
