Cool Metabolism Boosters & Fat Busters

Dr. Oz just talked about these metabolism boosters and fat busters on his show, thought I'd post them here.

Konjac Root Fiber - taken either 20-30 minutes before a meal, or anytime when you feel hungry and want to snack. Makes you feel fuller, balances blood sugar, regulates hormones.

Raspberry Ketones - help the body to break up and remove fat.

L-Carnitine - amino acid to be taken along with vitamin C. Gives energy and helps the body utilize fat.

White Kidney Bean Extract - for people who like to eat carbs, makes it so carbs can't break down into sugar in the body before elimination.

Shirataki Noodles - he recommended to be eaten plain or mixed with vegetables, etc. for a meal, healthy, tasty and no fat.

just me is on a distinguished road

I have been wondering about the shirataki noodles... I couldnt remember the name, all I remembered was that there was a noodle out there that helped you to not gain weight...I assume these are it??? how are they made???/ guess I need to go hunting..

I will be checking into the root fiber and the raspberry ketones for sure!!! I also didnt know that the L-carnitine should be taken with vitamin C, might be why I never had any success with it

This is what works for dropping pounds (easier said than done). You have to do aerobic activity non stop 40 minutes a day for a min of 3 days a week and some light weights 2x a week. After 6-8 weeks your body's base metabolic rate will increase.
