I heard about oolong making you loose weight the first time a few months ago when I was bored watching Dr. Oz and he mentioned that you loose the most weight with oolong tea.
I think white, green, oolong and black tea all have their own benefits and of course flavor.
Please keep us posted if you really loose weight from simply start drinking oolong tea. I can tell you that I used to drink black coffee for breakfast every morning and for lunch I used to have one can of diet soda. Now I drink 2-4 cups of hot green tea and I drink water for lunch and every now and then I'll have Jazzmine tea for lunch. I haven't had a diet soda in nearly a year. I've lost a lot of weight and I've kept it off, because I changed my life style and not just a quick diet. I can't say for sure if the changing from coffee to green tea had the biggest impact or if it was giving up diet soda.
My wife isn't drinking coffee anymore and never drank diet soda and she didn't loose as much weight as I did, but then again I had probably more to lose.
