I'm taking a product called Hi-Qi (pronounced hi chee). I'm taking it for blood pressure. Remarkable product containing only 3 ingredients:
Holly Leaf (Ilex aquifolium). For centuries now, Holly Leaf has been used as a tea in the mountains of southern China, where the people there maybe because of this tea live serene, unhurried lives. Generally speaking, these folks dont have high blood pressure. The wonderful medicinal effect this magical Holly Leaf has on high blood pressure has only recently been uncovered by modern science. A pharmacological study found that the herb can enhance overall blood circulation by expanding blood vessels in addition to helping diminish cholesterol. Whats more, Holly Leaf is a mood elevator many people who take Holistrol notice a feeling of calm wash over them (more on that in a second).
Daikon Seed Extract (raphanus sativus). In traditional Chinese medicine, radish seed is recognized as a wonderful digestive aid. But modern medicine has also demonstrated that Daikon seed (another name for it) can help normalize blood pressure and cholesterol while improving overall cardiovascular health. Its main activity, according to the Chinese, is its ability to enhance a persons "vital energy circulation."
Chinese Hawthorn Fruit (Crataegus pinnatifida). Pharmacology studies indicate Chinese hawthorn fruit can improve heart function, repair heart muscle damage, enhance blood flow by dilating heart vessels, reduce arrhythmia, and lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Youve probably heard of it before the American version is found in many health food store BP formulas. In the case of Holistrol, Chinese Hawthorn fruit has a profound synergistic effect on the other two ingredients.
