Bottom line was by reducing your cholesterol levels to the �recommended� level does not improve your overall health or avoid heart problems. Always. It has been this way as long as I can remember. Sometimes a bit lower.
LDL Cholesterol Calc is 150 mg/dL (ref 0-99) T. Chol/HDL Ratio 2.7 ratio units (ref 0.0-4.4) I eat GOOD HEALTHY FATS ONLY - unprocessed, organic coconut oil, clean goat butters, first cold pressed olive oils, cods/salmons. It's a sick joke. I might up my garlic a bit more and increase exercise. Maybe look into some herbal teas. I am sure if a doctor had seen this he would say "don't touch coconut oils and here's a script for statins." I think I am just someone that has high cholesterol?
