Probably 70% of those exercising are 'doing it all wrong'. The 'cronic cardio club' is giant, along with the 'no pain, no gain' crowd and the 'if you're not losing weight you're not exercising hard enough' people.

I totally disagree with you. 98% aren't exercising at all, and that is far far worse. Not exercising causes metabolism to slow, sends the body into almost a hibernation mode where most calories are stored as fat, and causes a slowing of all your systems. Warning people AGAINST exercising is ludicrous.
