I totally disagree with you. 98% aren't exercising at all, and that is far far worse. Not exercising causes metabolism to slow, sends the body into almost a hibernation mode where most calories are stored as fat, and causes a slowing of all your systems. Warning people AGAINST exercising is ludicrous.
