I'm not sure what this is and my doctor has recommended me to see an ear, throat, and nose doctor to find out for sure because she wasn't an expert on gums and could only make educated guesses.
This happened within a week of finishing antibiotics for strep throat. The white stuff does not come off when I try to brush it, there is no pain, and so far I've tried rubbing garlic, coconut oil, mouth wash, acidophilus, and plain yogurt with lots of cultures on them for days each (separately) without the slightest signs of change. Currently it has remained exactly the same for weeks without growth, only the first week it was actually spreading.
They are only on my upper gums as shown in the picture, nowhere else in my mouth. They started above both canine teeth and spread towards the center over about 5 days.
This shot was the best I could do, the spots are a little more defined and raised than the picture suggests. They don't look as flat and spread as they do in real life. The ones in the middle are raised off the gums like little granules. I also edited the color a bit to get the spots to stand out, so don't worry about anything else going on in the picture besides the spots.
Looks to me like it could be early onset pyorrhea...
Doesn't look like its ready to suppurate just yet. There are various home remedies. A salt mouthwash would be worth a try.
Though for something like that you're really looking at an antibiotic of some sort.
Poor diet is at the bottom of it I suspect...

Yep, you're right, that's what it is. I looked up pictures and did a much much closer look at my gums everywhere, and sure enough it looks like pictures I've found. :/ Hopefully it's early stages, I have none of the symptoms mentioned so hopefully that means early stages that can be caught. I'm going to look up home remedies before I can get to a dentist and try to knock it out so I don't have to go back on antibiotics again!
Thanks for the help, I went to 3 different doctors for strep and aftermath of it, and all of them thought that stuff was nothing and ignored it. The 4th she looked very carefully but didn't know. I guess they leave that stuff for dentists.

Glad to have been of help.
Hardly inspires confidence in the system when four trained professionals don't recognise pyorrhea when they see it...
The white stuff is accumulating toxic pus. If left untreated that will continue to build up, dome (like a boil), eat away at the tooth and the tooth will break off.
You've got all your teeth, they're nice and clean, apart from the pyorrhea the gums are okay.
I'm guessing you're a young person with your whole life ahead of you?
So, decisive action!
Knight's wise counsel - go to your dentist rather than try to fix it yourself. On closer inspection I see it is quite widespread.
Now you have a diagnosis, it can be treated accordingly. Yes, antibiotics, but its better than losing any teeth....
If you take a high potency probiotic supplement after you've finished the course that will soon help you restore the health of your intestinal flora.
Long term, as I said, watch your diet. Keep away as much as possible from sugary/processed foods.
Swishing extra virgin unrefined coconut oil in the mouth (or oil pulling) can be helpful. Coconut oil is antibacterial, anti-fungal, antioxidant, etc. Spit it out after you're done. Doing 15-20 minutes is ideal, first thing in the morning if you can swing it...https://www.natmedtalk.com/wiki/Coconut

One extra point. Greenone goes to their dentist and mentions pyorrhea - even if they've managed to clear it using naturopathy - the dentist is going to prescribe a course of antibiotics regardless...
Saw a dentist and he claims it is "stippling" and inflamed salivary glands. I looked up some pictures of stippling and it sure does look like a lesser version of what I've got. He did say I have gingivitis, but not really that bad at all, and nothing a good cleaning and good oral hygiene will get rid of quickly.
He did a pretty thorough evaluation of everything and said I have fairly normal and good teeth and gums for my age. I've never had any kind of dental issues besides a few cavities.
Hope this helps someone else out there sometime. I'd still say go see a dentist and ask them about it to make sure, just in case my photo isn't exactly the best at showing what mine looks like compared to anything else.
