Excellent article!
I stopped using Canola Oil several years ago when I got into using Coconut
Oil.

The only thing I ever used canola oil for was to fry chicken or to make
an occasional batch of brownies.

If I remember correctly, I even threw out
a half bottle of canola oil. The trouble is, how do we know when we eat out,
or buy foods whether the restaurants use canola oil. Ky Fried Chicken for example?
