jbo, we don't eat bread either but it's easy to add garlic to food if the food isn't sweet like fruit. Just take a clove (or two or three), however much you enjoy and chop it up into little pieces. Sprinkle onto your food. It's wonderful with rice or bean dishes which gives it a wonderful crunch and delicious flavor. Just sprinkle it onto meat as well. Truly it's just getting into the habit of using it in your diet and having it on the table when you eat.
