Anyone heard of a guy called Gayelord Hauser? He was a nutritionist who seemed to have been way ahead of his time, writing books in the 40s and 50s. Most of what he says makes a lot of sense (though he was laughed at, at the time, as being a fanatic/freak). Some things he says we would raise an eyebrow at today - like, smoking in moderation isnt harmful
!
Has anyone else read any of his books? What do you think?
