Pretty shocking when you consider the other meat threads here.

I think the answer is to get your meat from a source you trust. There are organic farmers growing grassraised animals who supply direct.

Joel Salatin has plenty of You Tube videos explaining how you can raise, kill, butcher animals in ways that are humanitarian and safe not only for humans but for the environment.

Ted, as usual, a great article. I buy organic and grass fed beef when I can, but what is amazing is the grass fed ground beef can range from 6$ to 10$ a pound in the states depending on where you buy it.

I saw someone posting something on meat glue on the david icke forums. I never looked at it. I'm glad I chose to watch it just now. Makes me want to eat less meat, which I've been trying to do anyway. Scary.
