Default yogurt daily

Almost every morning I make a shake for breakfast, which is really the only way I'd probably get fruit in my diet daily.

It consists of:
blueberries
banana
psyllium husks
Whey Protein

I was thinking about adding yogurt to my shake, but a little concern about having dairy daily. I keep reading about how good yogurt is for you, then I read how adults really shouldn't be consuming dairy. I know I'm already getting some forum of dairy from the whey protein powder.

I have plain greek yogurt every morning with chia seeds, lemon juice and raw unfiltered honey. I don't think adults should drink milk, but I don't see a problem with yogurt, as long as it's not sweetened with junk. I don't take any calcium supplements, and to me this is a good way of getting some calcium from a food source.

If you're allergic to dairy then you're not going to gain health benefits from it but if you are not then the yogurt would be AWESOME to add to your smoothie because it'll provide you with probiotics. Just make sure you buy the yogurt with living probiobics in it. And get the plain.

I was reading recently that there are benefits to eating the same foods every day (as long as your diet is full of nutrient rich foods and is balanced to your personal body's systems requirements). The theory was that your body will be able to digest the food because it is use to it. Now if food allergies are present or develop then that is a different story.

I guess I just thought the Japanese don't consume dairy and they have a very high life span, but now I'm seeing that they do get calcium from other means
