Default Multiple Sclerosis Cured with Diet Alone

and after watching this video you will want to watch this following movie because essentially what this doctor did is the same as the Gerson Therapy. I believe that MS is also mentioned in this film towards the end.

This is a documentary about the work of Max Gerson. The journalist does an exceptional work in bringing to people in the USA the truth about the Gerson therapy. Well worth your time to watch. His journey eventually takes him to Japan where real research is going on in Japanese hospitals regarding the Gerson therapy.. the verdict? Gerson Therapy cures cancer! Watch "Dying to Have Known" on Netflix or here for free on youtube

In the alternative med literature, MS is easily treatable by removing dairy proteins and increasing anti inflammatory foods.

what is the big stink with dairy, aside from the hormone treatment (rBGH) of the cows? is there a problem? i know many (vegetarian) indians will take dairy to fill certain nutritional gaps in their diet...

great talk btw!

personally I dont agree with the big stink about dairy as long as it is quality milk preferably unpasturized... but when doing a cleanse as required for MS dairy should be eliminated as it slows the digestive and detox process down.. and granted some people are quite allergice to it and dont even know it.

The proteins in dairy products can cause auto immune issues.

Dairy can be inflammatory. MS is an inflammatory condition.

Just this week I decided to let dairy go from our diet. It's been a difficult process. I kept thinking how God promised the Israelites the Promised Land flowing with milk and honey. How bad can milk be?

Well, it gives me constipation and I get irritable several hours after eating it. My daughter get's moody and depressed. My husband develops congestion. Clearly it causes more damage to our bodies than good.

Dairy also has a hard to digest sugar galactose. Cheese doesn't because it's broken down in the cheese making process but milk does. Skim milk is terrible for your blood sugar as it no longer has fat to slow down the breakdown of galactose. We should all be thinking about our blood sugar levels as it's connected to aging in every way.

If milk was raw and nonhomogenized then it would be more life giving and nourishing but it's hard to find it raw. We used raw goat milk, made homemade yogurt and kefir and it still didn't work for us.

Dairy will be a problem if you are already not fully healthy. Those who are healthy will tolerate it just fine. Some people do have genetic factors that limit abiltity to tolerate dairy.

In homeopathy it is believed that diet intolerances are a result of bad health, not a cause and I for the most part agree... there are always exceptions in all cases but I have seen people who could not tolerate wheat, or dairy or what ever get over it with homeoapthic work.

immune issues, and inflammation. hmm... i believe the excess mucous would also be a byproduct of the inflammation. interesting. well thanks for all the info guys. i might have to do a bit more research on it, as i am making a transition into vegetarianism, and i know b12 (and a few others)is an issue for many, especially with veganism, which if i could do comfortably without any supplements, i would like to.

i mainly asked because i know b12 is abundant in cows milk. although a good amount is also present in things like spirulina and chlorella, but there are others vit. that vegetarians are often deficient of, in milk, whose names escape me atm, that made me re-examine dairy.

hope that makes sense, im posting at work and everybody is being loud
