immune issues, and inflammation. hmm... i believe the excess mucous would also be a byproduct of the inflammation. interesting. well thanks for all the info guys. i might have to do a bit more research on it, as i am making a transition into vegetarianism, and i know b12 (and a few others)is an issue for many, especially with veganism, which if i could do comfortably without any supplements, i would like to.
i mainly asked because i know b12 is abundant in cows milk. although a good amount is
also present in things like spirulina and chlorella, but there are others vit. that vegetarians are often deficient of, in milk, whose names escape me atm, that made me re-examine dairy.
