Interesting video.

I like the comparison of body to sink, and agree with most of what was said.

Grains are fed to feedlot animals to fatten them up for market, so is there any reason why they wouldn't fatten up humans as well?

Almost all grains are genetically engineered, so they contain roundup residue. They contain mycotoxin poisons from several varieties of fungi, and the gluten in the grain interferes with mineral absorption in the body.

I do not agree with the video when he says to avoid starchy vegetables, since they contain a powerhouse of nutrients and natural sugars.

Anything that increases your blood sugar and stresses your beta cells should be avoided. He is correct.

Not avoiding high glycemic foods is like advising someone to listen to loud rock music to 'strengthen' their ears.
