I recently read on a label somewhere, that growth hormones have been outlawed in chickens since the 1950s. Is this true?

If so, do the big companies get around this by giving the chickens something else similar to growth hormones?

Read the package carefully. It says no growth hormones used and in very small print it says "that have been proven to cause problems in humans"

So, are you saying they do use certain growth hormones in US chickens?

What do Tyson suppliers use? Does anyone know? I assume they have the poorest quality possible.
