Must be the phase of the moon or something. For whatever reason, I started up another spate of herxing last night. I have some Nutri-West Core Level Liver handy for times like that, and it supports the liver during detox and reduces the pain.
There are some things you can do that might help. Probably the most accessible is a castor oil pack. You can find instructions easily if you Google "Castor oil pack instructions." It's not too difficult and castor oil is readily available at the pharmacy.
Whatever you do, keep your plumbing moving. I used magnesium citrate for years, but lately I've switch to senna (I would rather not, but at least it works) because there's something in the formulation of the Mg citrate I need to avoid for now.
I would seriously consider walking back the amount of silver you're taking as it sure does seem like you're detoxing faster than you can manage.
I've had so many of these episodes now if I get something that might detox I step it up slowly just to be careful I don't go too far.
This site has a few helpful hints for getting through your reaction:

There are a bunch of other good sites out there.
If you have access to a detox foot bath they can be very effective, but not too many people own one like I do. You can find them sometimes at chiropractors or sometimes in my town health food stores have someone there with a footbath on weekends, though honestly you need it sooner.
As a second best, try a
salt bath. I use 2 c. epsom salts, 1 c. sea salt (not iodized), and you could add 2 T. ground ginger if you happen to have any, but that's optional. Stay in the bath at least 20 minutes. Rub your legs with a washcloth or soft brush (not too vigorously) just to keep the pores open so the crap can come out your skin. Drink water before, during and after your bath. And then best thing -- go to bed if you can. You'll need extra rest.
The other thing that helps the liver detox that I do at times like this is in the morning first thing, on an empty stomach, I take 2 T. olive oil, 1 T. apple cider vinegar, and the juice of 1/2 a lemon (fresh, not bottled).
Your kidney may be hurting because the muscles around it are tight. Or it might be the kidney itself. My muscles that connect to the top of the hipbone are tight because of my liver, but I just loosened them up with some self-massage on the attachment points. You can feel around just off that bony protrusion and see if anything hurts much. And if you have someone that can massage your right side a bit, that might not be a bad idea either.
And I know this sounds odd, but we also use laser pens and magnets (refrigerator magnets work) to help calm the liver at times like this. But we use applied kinesiology to test and see if either is necessary, otherwise you might accidentally irritate it, which is not what you need about now.
I know that site said take Aleve for pain, but honestly I would steer clear of any pain medication, as they slow down the detox and only prolong things.
Sorry for the unedited information dump. But as I seem to be going through my version of this I need to be off to set up my detox footbath before it gets too late.
Good luck getting through this.
