If it keeps coming back that means that it was never really gone. Your medicine is only masking the symptoms. You are harboring an infection.

If you use the MMS I dont think you will need the ACV, nor the lugols iodine topically.
BTW, lugols iodine can be very drying to the skin, and if there is an open area it can burn quite badly. It should be diluted for skin as sensitve as where you are considering putting it.. But with using the MMS, again I dont think you will need it topically. Your best bet with the Lugols is to take it orally. 50mg a day for a while.

MMS is the medicine that will take care of all of your issues if you do protocol 1000 or 100+. Some people need to do the protocol 2 times, or 3 times to fully eliminate their issues.. But you will see a clear improvement with 1 time. Your energy will also increase and it eliminates bad microbes throughout your body and as it improves the quality of your blood.

Too many medicines can be confusing. Best to use one at a time and to know what works.

So i should use MMS internally and externally on the symptoms, no acv or anything?

What about the area on the glans that it ''discoloured'', the corona basically and its a white discolorment... Thats the only place i dont think i could use MMS on, or even if i could how would it help there? Any suggestions for this particular area, its the most important area, id literally trade a leg for it..?

Move this to skin problems... Autoimmune... whatever...nobody knows...

This sucks, i still look good and everything but the potential this has, being all over the place, is so scary...

On the other hand, my face looks better than ever in terms of spots, how can areas of my body that Never had any problems, like my feet and lower arms look so bad and my face, buttocks look so clean and nice all off a sudden, shouldnt the whole body be suffering and such...

Anyway my diet has been very good lately (Probably not enough in terms of quantity, but in terms of quality its never better, On/for a personal level), everything is as best as i can do around here, plus i stopped working so ive been sleeping alot. Been taking the MMS on and off, topically too...

My milk its always organic goat's or cow.
Honey: Raw, Local, purchased in a glass bottle
No to very minimal plastic around me in general, Specially none for edible and drinkable things, things i consume or put on my body, even purchased things in plastic or bags are put in glass soon as i get home.
Ive been eating more fruits and vegetables, local always...
No canned food
No fast food
No alcohol
Non toxic cleaning of the apartment (soda, vinegar etc are used)
non toxic cleaning of me. (shampoo, body wash, soap)
Limited my nuts consumption which i buy raw and unsalted, except pistaccios which are salted. (the omega 6 - pro-inflammatory story got me to limit nuts, even though i am planning to do some reading on the whole omega 3-omega 6 ratios and the whole Omega story)
Bread always whole grain
Oats etc etc. Whole grain again, usually organic, bio...
I try to go to the mountain every opportunity i get, to breathe mostly, fresh oxygen, all of that.
The house i keep windows open as much as possible, for air circulation and oxygen mostly, but also for the smell (i smoke)(where i sleep)...

And so many other things not coming to mind now, ive written enough anyway...

I did a syphilis, Hep B and C and AIDS test yesterday... All came back negative

The lichen planus is steady...getting worse kindoff...

At least ive eliminated the theory that Hep C might have caused it like i read it might, at least for me its not...

Depending on the strength of the iodine, it may burn a bit but beats the alternative doesn't it?..

I think this is iodine..........

Guys..and girls...

This issue here, spots all over the place...

For starters its not like some pictures found on the internet, i have a spot here, a spot there, on the legs, on the wrists, white discoloration on the genitals.

As time goes by some ''spots'' fade away... new ones come out to replace them, but overall i think its somewhere near a 2:1 analogy.

2 ''spots'' come out. 1 fades away... more or less

I have also given up on living healthy for the last couple of months. Not completely, i just dont go all radical about it. I mean i dont drink, no weed. On the other hand no excersise whatsoever, food whatever is found around the house, some healthy, some not.

But originally i thought and think this either came out because of stress or bad oral hygiene.

Now my teeth, 3 of them are in a shitty situation, no money to fix them, but i could work something out if i had some motivation.

BUT, i have no motivation, hence the No excersise, the teeth not being fixed.

And the reason, well, its a public forum and everything but **** it, i was arrested a couple of months ago with a small quantity of weed, a little less than an ounce and well, ill probably have to go to prison, since i live ''almost'' in the middle east, in hell, otherwise known as wannabe Europe member of the union. With laws which are at least 200 years old...

So stress, teeth, oh i expect everything to really go to Sh.t... Good luck to me... Take care you guys

The good thing is that in the begining on the genitals i had rough areas, and i had skin coloured spots (unlike genital warts, they differ) and discoloration (white).

Now that area is almost completely cleared from the spots and rough areas, the only thing left is the discolorations on one part of the corona and just below the corona.

I havent used anything to treat it, but occasionally when i shower (not every time) i use like a surgical scrub which is orange in colour (im guessing some sort of iodine) on the genitals. So maybe that did something. Just putting it out there.

Just to update. The lichen planus symptoms are withrawing slowly slowly...

I'm not noticing any new symptoms and the existing ones are dissapearing as time goes by, just extremely slowly...

By the way, this thread should be moved to the Skin Health area. Because it affects both men and women and it's a skin allergy (or something).

One more update.

It is still withrawing extremely slowly. I really can't understand it. I mean, when it came out it literally appeared over-night. But now that it's withrawing it's going so slowly, but at least it is going away, so i'm cool with whatever, as long as it continues to withraw...

I will try to go to the beach now in the summer and get some Vitamin D (Sun) and Swim deep into the sea to get a good detoxification, vitamin D and minerals. I'll be soaking my entire self into the sea, it can only help (I hope)...
