in the morning my vision is generally very foggy, and i cannot focus very well if at all. i drink some water and it's ok. i start with a few gulps, then wait till that absorbs, then drink some more, then chug some more. i generally have to do this process of easing into how much water i can drink at one time in the morning or else my stomache feels very strange. after about a quart (4 cups) or so, i feel great, can see great, and have to take a pee. this, combined with several carrots (and a nice BM(crap)) and i feel like a million bucks
