The see clearly method. There's a doctor in houston who alsways has commercials on this method and says you can correct your vision, without glasses, contacts, surgery, etc.

I'm wondering if diet can fix your nearsightedness as well? Or at least help alot.

This is likely a watered down rehash of the "Bates Method" by William Horatio Bates which does work. He has written a book, and his Better Eyesight journals have been collected and published also. That is where I would advise to look, not this upstart method. Maybe in a few days or so I will create a thread on this to get the word out to the posters and lurkers here.
