Default Floaters?

anyone tried alternative medicine for floaters?

I've had small ones for years - kind of a normal part of aging, but...

they are really getting annoying.

anyone try anything with success? or know of something?

I only had floaters once in my peripheral vision, and that was followed by dizziness, seemed that was from dehydration and some added water to my diet fixed it quickly.

I'm getting up in years also, and take the usual supplements for aging eyes like Lutein, Zeaxanthin, Bilberry, etc. I think all of these things help to keep the eyes lubricated and functioning better.

I've heard that fish oil is also good for floaters in particular. I try to take that along with coconut oil daily. If you come across something that works really well for you, please let us know.

Ah scorpiotiger! Good to see you here again, even if the vision is a bit spotty.

I have a floater too, had it for years - well two. One is like a miniature marble - a small circle shaped object with a black dot in the middle(which moves when I follow it), and the second is a a kind of squiggle(which moves like a spider)!

Next time I get my eyes checked I'll ask. I have a condition called Familial Adenomatous Polyposis(FAP), and have what is called 'chirpies' (small lesions at the back of the eyes) - https://www.opticianonline.net/assets...px?ItemID=1921

Namaste,
