Default Another reason this board kicks ass!

A fair amount of us see through the bullshit of pharma and the AMA, but we are also on parallel with the fed reserve, the UN, and the corporate takeover of the country.

True in some instances. It this a byproduct of lurkers not joining in where they feel they would be disrespected, or is it a byproduct of years of need of something that isn't being resolved in the "other" world? Like attracts like? Have we become a clique? Maybe that is why forums, of this nature, are created. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clique

One thing though, I do think the UN's heart is in the right spot. It is only that the bullying nations are too heavy-handed for the bullied. Spoiled nations will ignore the UN when it does not agree with them, like starting illegal wars. The bullied nations remain holding hope, as they see the UN as their only hope. I'm on their side. I want to see the UN with more meat and muscle.

Lets not forget the cancer society, the FDA, and the idiots who believe in water fluoridation.

YUP. The american cancer society is a pimp for big pharma, so is the FDA. As for water flouridation, I think it has issues, mainly a physically active person in a hot climate will drink far more water (and take in much more flouride) than a fat ass in a cold climate.

Most NDs and even MDs will tell you to drink more water. Once upon a time, I had such constipation that my mom took me to a doctor, thinking it was something more serious. He laughed and said, "Drink more water." The idiot. I do know that when one is going through a new health protocol, one should drink more water to help flush the toxins from Herxheimer reactions. I typically drink 3 quarts per day of filtered water, but it does not really seem to help anything. Certainly not my kidneys. My urine is very clear by end of day.

The municipalities already have a tough time keeping drugs out of the water. They need to quit adding more. They are playing doctor. They only need to kill the microbes and filter the chemicals.

I used to think that was what the UN was created for as well at one time.
Over time I have come to agree that this is a more realistic view of why the UN came about.

Liverock, I do feel that the UN could lean that way, but one huge problem. Secularism. A one world federation won't happen for a long, long time. Too much religious polarization in the world. It is just not going to happen that nations will align themselves so thoroughly with any governing body that might subject "moral" values upon them. That will be a failed system. However, history shows that people want leaders. They don't even care that a leader is a dictator, religious, secular, parent, gang or otherwise. They do not know how to be independent. They want someone else to make laws. So I don't think the UN will ever become a governing body. History says otherwise, but right now the world is much too polarized.

All these nations who dont want to be governed by a central UN government would change their mind very quickly if their security, food supply or lives were in danger from some worldwide threat and the elite know it.

Quote:
"Today, America would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order [referring to the 1991 LA Riot]. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there was an outside threat from beyond [i.e., an "extraterrestrial" invasion], whether real or *promulgated* , that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this *scenario*, individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government." Dr. Henry Kissinger, Bilderberger Conference, Evians, France, 1991.

"We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order." David Rockefeller, speaking at the UN 1994.

If the UN operated the way we have all been told it supposed to operate then it could be argued that it is a worth while institution. However as Griffin in the above video stated that is not the case nor was that ever meant to be the real reason. As Griffin points out the “New World Order” is not some new movement that suddenly just sprouted up. Those at top of this power structure “the elite” or at least that is what they consider themselves, have been around for centuries. Who is the absolute top dog at any one time may change slightly as they fight for control of absolute power in this their little world chess game. But we as individuals and nations are unfortunately in the role of expendable pawns.

But they have a problem, there are way more of us then there are of them and we tend to oppose there authoritarian rule. To remedy that problem there has been an ongoing program to dumb down the public so as to make us easier to control. For those that still can read and understand what they have read the elite have written articles that spell out that this is the goal. To get an idea of how well this working see: Anyone with an 8th grade education should be able to pass this test.

Also as everyone here knows the medical system was designed not so much to promote the health of the individual as it was to promote the health of the medical system which it turn is than able to control the health of the public and indirectly their numbers.

I agree normally people would be repulsed by such an idea and the power elite know that. So first they create a crisis, such as a war or terrorism or financial collapse. This forces the public to demand a solution. They will then proudly stand up as saviors and offer the plan that they wanted all along.

Right now the elite want a new one would currency which would make it easier to tax and control the sheeple. But before that can happen the US dollar must first be destroyed, and they are actively working at doing just that.

Been there. Done that. The anti-terrorist "Patriot Act", which is not patriotic in my opinion. We keep losing liberties with this act. Even Obama is holding on to most of it, such as wire taping and search your home without warrant.

Absolutely!! NatMed is my favorite health forum. It's comforting to know that you're gonna leave here in just as good of a mood as you had when you arrived.
There's always going to be a couple of people who are going to try to make things miserable when there's a large active member base because.... well, who knows lol But hopefully by observing the decent manner in which to debate (without resorting to name calling & put downs) and communicate, they will learn how to interact in a more productive manner.

I enjoy listening to other people opinions finding out what they think and why, plus it is a great way to learn.
But if you hear something that is obviously wrong starting out by telling that person that they a blithering idiot you have just guaranteed that they will probably not listen to anything you to say.

I agree, civility must rule on a forum like this. Of course some of use have differences of opinion, but no need to be nasty.
