I have thought this though a million and a half times, upside down and inside out. That list makes good suggestions but is nowhere complete. ... for example they talk about shoes/boots but what about socks? You will tear your feet apart without them

One thing for sure to store is MMS2. This product, regular pool shock, at at least 65% strength can do what chlorine bleach cannot. Bleach will degrade over time so it is not really storable but for a couple of bottles. I make sure I cycle mine. But MMS2 is in dry form so it is excellent for storage.

I just made a spray bottle up for cleaning as recommended on another thread. I put 2 teaspoons in one quart of water. It does bleach white what chlorine bleach did not touch. So I am using it in my shower and to clean cutting boards etc. But if you should run into water purification issues this and MMS1 will work the best.,, and in dry form storage that is about near forever.

I don't think we are going fully down just yet. Stock market is rebounded. Buisinesses are still functioning.. its all a paranoia caused crash because S&P down graded the US to still a very very good grading.... Should have bought stock early this morning or late yesterday.

Great article, liverock! I agree about the socks too, Arrow. I have enuff to last me several years -underwear too.
I never allow my car to get below 3/4 of a tank full. I have 6 good flashlights
and lots of extra batteries
of all sizes, 2 good radios plus batteries for them. The Hurricane Ike of several years ago was enough
to show me the value of flashlights, batteries candles, etc. with no electricity. Also a hand
can opener, edible foods not needing to be cooked. For me, water would be the biggest problem.
