\nMy 11 year old daughter and I have been vegetarians for almost four years. We originally made the switch for ethical and enviornmental reasons, but now that I am 30 and recently lost my grandfather to bone cancer I have developed a new interest and appreciation for health and natural wellness. I am trying to incorporate more alkaline and raw foods into our diet, and hopefully one day be able to classify as a vegan (my daughter says she loves cheese and ice cream too much to give it up!) \r\n
