i just discovered this forum, but have been into health research for the past several years now. i am a skateboarder, kickboxer, trail-runner and rock climber, and on top of this i love any kind of yoga or balancing exercise. naturally i have been seeking ways to get to the next level in personal achievement, and have been trying to learn as much as i can about nutrition in hopes that this may be the next piece in the puzzle for me. i look forward to some engaging conversations with you guys, glad to be here!
