\nThis is actually my second post here after joining the site yesterday. I never do things in a proper order, anyway...

\nIm really glad to find this informative site as Im experiencing some more and more critical ongoing issues. Im doing everything my traditional doctors, specialists, and surgeons suggest with very small and barely acceptable results. So Im getting desperate enough now to "think outside the box" a little and hope to learn more about non traditional healing remedies for some of my "issues". (I mentioned on post one. I don\'t want to be redundant. lol It\'s on a thread about Aromatherapy...)

\nIm currently doing a lot of research about using essential oils and the different "schools"....
\n
\nIt can seem daunting with such a huge learning curve. But I\'m proactive and I try to be teachable and open minded. So hopefully I can find out some things I can do that will be helpful not so much to replace what Im doing but to enhance or make it better. My current quality of life is NOT acceptable.

\nApparently...there are different "schools" of thought which are fundamental as to how the oils are best utilized. I think it\'s something you kind of have to decide on before you go too far. I think one school is fragrance only...one is fragrance and absorbtion thru skin...and one is fragrance, absorption and internal use. This is very paraphrased because I\'m multi tasking right at the moment.

\nI enjoy doing research but am certainly not in anyway a professional researcher. In the past...I basically had to become a Special Education Legal Expert and Advocate Extraordinaire on our youngest son\'s behalf...so I\'m sure I can do this. With the right resources and much determination. lol
