Not that I am aware of.
Theanine is an ingredient in green tea, and is much stronger in green tea extract, so I would suggest drinking 2 or 3 cups of green tea daily and also taking 200mg of green tea extract twice per day.
Another good product is called
SAMe. Do some research on it, as well as
St. John's Wort.
