I get a headache, I\'m irritable and moody, etc. \n \nI have used Theanine-serine with Relora, 5-HTP, and B-Complex. I have never been consistent in taking them, and chose them based on reviews - nothing more. \n \nI\'m hoping to get some advice based on your experience with these and anything else that would be good for stress and anxiety. I already exercise regularly and this only _sortof_ helps. Is what I\'m taking a good choice? I usually take them at night but again, I haven\'t taken anything for months. Magnesium Citrate is calming also, and should be supplemented daily. There are calming herbs you can use like Skullcap, Chamomile, etc. Click on our Wiki link at the top of the forum homepage to read more about what herbs may help. You can search stress or anxiety. As with any herbs, always check the side effects and drug interactions if you\'re on any prescription meds. Also, make sure you\'re getting enough quality sleep at night, and shut things down at least an hour before bed. If you drink coffee at work, but back to 1-2 cups only in the early morning, bring a thermos of Chamomile tea instead. You won\'t see results unless you make some changes in your daily routine.
