Passion Flower, Valerian, Chamomile- safe?
Hi Everyone,
I've been doing a bit of research on natural suppliments to help calm an anxious nervous system. I've been taking passion flower for some time and drinking chamomile tea once a day. I've recently included (for about 3 weeks now) valerian root twice a day along with taking passion flower, as per a suggestion from a book I read on anxiety and panic attacks. What is everyone's thoughts regarding the safety of this combination? Here is the exact rundown of what I take: Morning: 1x450mg- Valerian Root capsule 1x350mg- Passion Flower capsule (I also take fish oil, a multi vitamin and D3) Mid Morning: 1 cup of chamomile tea Mid Afternoon: 1 cup of chamomile tea Dinner: 1x450mg- Valerian Root capsule 1x350mg- Passion Flower capsule (I also take fish oil, a multi vitamin and D3) |
