i'm not sure if this is right place to ask this question. anyway, here goes.

i'm recovering from cold sore and i had sex with my partner. altho there were no oral, no kissing and such and the last i checked, i'm clean down there. i'm just wondering, is there any chances of me passing the virus over to my partner?

Welcome to the forum gennee. I have had cold sores or fever blisters all my adult life, either on my lip or under my nose. They're usually brought on by colds or excessive sun exposure or irritation.

I'm not an expert, but I've never passed it on to my husband. I've had good results using L-Lysine, an amino acid, to stop them from occurring. Here's an older thread that may help.
