Just returned from Dr's visit ....great BP, plus I'd lost 13 lbs.
Must be in my toes/fingers & ankles! LOL!
I'll get Blood Work results in about a week.

Our area had horrible storms & tornado warnings yesterday afternoon. And of course MORE rain!
More of the same possible next 4 days! Grrrrrrrrrrrr!

That's great news EarlyBird, good for you! I doubt it's in your fingers and toes, LOL! I bet your slacks fit much more comfortably. It's been raining here a lot for the past two weeks, but I don't mind it because we had such a dry winter, and last summer was pretty dry. There's been a lot of wildfires in the area, so the moisture will help there too.

No, I've seen no difference in pants waistlines - YET!
My legs seem thinner but I don't need to lose it there.......

More storms didn't materialize yesterday after all. but they keep promising possibilities of them all week.
If only we could store up the ground water for later this summer? As it is the moisture only creates humidity.
