Thanks! Yes, indeed he did blow the best thing to ever happen to him. I grieve, not for him, but for what I thought we'd found together. Over and over he told me what a gentle, loving soul I am, how I was the exception to every bad thing he'd experienced with other women over his lifetime, what incredible fun it was to be with me, on and on. Too bad (for him).

Default Confused and Scared Now

I had my regular Pap test a couple of weeks ago, got the results online this morning. The Pap test was normal but I'm HPV positive!!! Now what? I've read a bit online, some say my body may clear the infection on its own. Other than the almost six months with the man worried about douching after oral sex, I had oral and regular sex with a man the day previous to the test who again totally lied his way into my bed! He supposedly had had sex with only four women in his entire life and was just coming off a totally monogamous marriage of many years. Considering everything else I found out he lied to be about, there were probably many more. I don't know which gave me this. I've been pursuing a few other possible relationships, but apparently it would appear those won't be able to happen now. Anyone have any suggestions (other than swearing off men for the rest of my life) about how to proceed?

If you mess around you will always be suceptible to sexually transmitted diseases and there are a bunch of them... probably more than we know. Perhaps working on building your immunity would be the answer. Most sexually active people get HPV at one time or another. For most people it just passes off. Others have lots of difficulty. Most don't even know that they had it.

I couldn't figure out if you were for or against douching but douching with Lugols iodine will probably get rid of it. Also ozone therapy can get rid of it but you would have to purchase an ozonator for that.

Default Lugols

I'm generally against douching, but keep an open mind if it will help in this situation. I'm not familiar with Lugols, but went online to see how to buy it. There are apparently both a 2% and a 5% concentration, but I haven't a clue which to buy or exactly how to proceed from there. I don't "mess around," have actually had very few sexual partners in my life. I was involved with this man who supposedly was as devoted in the relationship as I was, but it was all lies. I've been doing research this morning and apparently even condoms aren't a for sure safety against HPV.

Men are just as likely to be carriers of candida and infect women. Candida in men can spread to the prostate and cause infection through oral sex. Most of the men on the never ending Prostatitis thread probably have candida in their prostates.

OK, good info, but I'm talking about HPV here, not candida. The man in question who probably gave this to me has no prostate left, it being removed about 15 years ago for cancer.

This search page for my blog will take you to many articles regarding Lugols iodine, including where to purchase. Make sure you are on a HealthSalon page, which clearly states so when you open it.

OK, thanks so much Arrowwind. I'll check it out and read it thoroughly. Since I'm in the early stages of becoming involved with a new man who seems to have real potential for a long-term relationship (no sex yet), it is devastating to me the possibility that my sex life might be over because of this.

I do think that if you have HPV and get over it that you are then immune. Can anyone confirm this? So that would make a lot of older men probably immune. Ill keep looking. Maybe someone else knows.

I'm a newbie to all this and pretty darn scary ignorant about it all, but with something like 100 different strains of HPV, if you have and overcome one strain, what about the other 99?

Here's a page that may be of interest.

I do think that ozone therapy has proven to be effective.

Possibly an answer to the immunity question. In reading online one woman (I think) said she tested positive, later negative, then still later positive again, so it might appear that immunity doesn't happen????? I've read about Lugol's and have ordered some, so keep your fingers crossed.

Colloidal silver kills viruses, and so does MMS.

I would use both.

Thank you, pinball doctor. I've gone to the mmsstore.com site, but have absolutely no idea what I need to order! Can someone give me some guidance here? I began taking maximum dose of Seagate Products' super-duper olive leaf extract on Friday when I found out about the HPV. I think it will certainly help my already strong immune system. I think I'd probably prefer to avoid the colloidal silver, but am certainly open to hearing more about it. I've heard the horror stories of people turning blue with it, but that's probably overdosing or an inferior product. At this stage I'm open to any and all help I can get.

Seagate olive leaf extract is, in my opinion, the best on the market. Most companies will offer "high dose oleuropein" but Seagate uses the whole olive leaf, and this is necessary because all the phytochemicals in the olive leaf work in a synergistic manner. They also have their own olive trees and process the leaves themselves while most other companies get their product from somewhere else... such as China.

Colloidal silver is safe in reasonable amounts. I've been using it for several years now, and the only side effect I've noticed is better health. Come to think of it, haven't had a cold or flu in several years.

The biggest issue with colloidal silver is the price. It is very cheap to make, but is expensive to buy, that is why I bought a good quality colloidal silver generator a couple years ago.

As far as the MMS is concerned, the best advice I can offer is to read the free book, part one here:

https://miraclemineral.org/products/t...-21st-century/

You have to read about MMS in order to understand how it works, and how to mix it etc.

They charge for the second part of the book, however, if you are interested, I could email you the second part for free.

Knowledge is power.
