Default Supplements in Pregnancy

I am curious how this works because it's tough to find much information. I am not currently pregnant, but I would like to have another child within the next few years. Right now I am working on finding the right mix of vitamins and supplements to control my bipolar symptoms and get my emotional state where I want it to be. I am curious about how many of the supplements I could continue while pregnant. Right now I am only taking a multivitamin, GABA, and Lecithin. Tonight I will be buying Choline+Inositol to replace the Lecithin, also buying Tyrosine, Taurine, and Theanine. It's weird that there isn't much information on these supplements in pregnancy as they are natural. Anyone know anything about them?

I"m not sure about those amino acids you were talking about but the first thing I would do is rebalance my omega 3 an 6 fatty acids. Look into that.

There's some articles on this page regarding supplements during pregnancy, choline is mentioned in at least one of them. Others are folic acid, vitamin D and iron...haven't seen anything about those other supplements though. https://www.naturalnews.com/pregnancy.html

Ferrum should only be taken if bloodwork indicates a low HCT. Iron is best supplemented though natural plant based products as found in Nature Sunshine IX forumla or Flora's herbal iron.

Choline is good during pregnancy, but its better you go for a doctor advice to continue inositol.
Also take varied diet to have healthy pregnancy and take healthcare provider's approval.
