mommysunshine is on a distinguished road
Default Red Clover Tea

A BIG thanks to kind2creatures for mentioning this herb. I'm low in estrogen and this has become a delightful way to help my body get hormonally balanced.

I purchased a pound of the loose dried red clover flowers and it's quite an adjustment to steep a handful of dried petals per liter. It looks rather pretty actually.

Thanks again kind2creatures!

You're very welcome mommysunshine, I'm glad that sharing what worked for me was helpful to you. I never really had any hormone testing done, as my doctor said I had no complaints and was doing fine with the Red Clover. I only took the capsule form of the Red Clover Blossoms, but it sounds much more satisfying the way you're doing it. Here's a bit more info for any new readers about this herb from our Wiki...https://www.natmedtalk.com/wiki/Red_Clover
