limitme, first work on getting your milk supply to slow down by drinking sage tea. Drink it several times during the day. Ozzie is right, cabbage leave will minimize engorgement. Start with decreasing one feeding at a time. Morning was easiest for us. The last to end was nighttime feeding. You'll have to see what will work best for your situation and schedule.
