What if it is systemic? Isn't it so by the time it shows up on skin and in other areas?
It begins in the stomach - then onto the intestines? After a course of antibiotics. To be worsened - for women - by birth control pills, correct? Possibly steroids *they are also in many prescription nasal sprays/inhalers, etc.
Add some poor diet choices, late night drinking binges and BINGO! Total takeover of the BAD bacteria. It isn't as if they just migrate to one area like nails and you can assume the yeast/fungus isn't everywhere. They are carried through YOUR BLOOD. Think about it!
By the time it shows up - isn't it fairly SEVERE at this point?
Along with good plain yogurt *not the sweetened crap that pushes pink ribbons!
NO SUGAR WHATSOEVER. YOU MUST STARVE IT!! For a minimum of three months - or more. Limit carbs to the extreme! Go on an anti-Candida diet for a couple of months. NO ALCOHOL at all. Find the anti-Candida diet and FOLLOW IT.
Begin taking anti-fungals like garlic for a couple of weeks. Switch to oil of oregano.
Found this:
Undecylenic and caprylic acids are common medium chain saturated fatty acids used to treat yeast infections. Both are found naturally in the human body in small amounts. Common commercial sources of caprylic acid are palm and coconut oils, whereas undecylenic acid is extracted from castor bean oil. Caprylic acid products are far more common than those of undecylenic acid but don't assume this means it is better, undecylenic acid has far more research data avilable on it and was the treatment of choice for fungal skin infections for a long time before newer drugs arrived (1, 2). Both have been shown to be comparable to a number of common anti-fungal drugs. In fact undecylenic acid was the main agent used to treat fungal infections prior to the development of newer drugs and is still prescribed today for some infections. A typical dosage for caprylic acid would be up to 3600mg per day in divided doses with meals. Undecylenic acid is commonly taken in dosages of up to 1000mg per day, again in divided doses. A major advantage of using natural products over drugs is the cost.

Personally, I think we ALL are full of fungus of SOME type. Unless we HAVE NEVER eaten processed, drank alcohol, was on a course of strong antibiotics, etc.
For some, it shows as a bit of nail fungus. Skin problems. If it is now on the outside, what the heck is happening INSIDE?
