These new improvements maybe what quite a few people are waiting for. Some people have had problems overcoming herpes, and others have had problems with candida. There are those standard diseases that appear on occasions to be especially resistant in certain people to MMS. We keep finding new ways to improve the action of MMS. Or we just find ways to improve the reaction time so that one gets well faster.
In other words the basics are known, but tuning up is still needed. So here are three new such improvements. Actually its two very important improvements and one minor improvement (which one could call) major for some people.
First: We have learned to add a small amount of DMSO to each hourly dose. This can be used with both protocols 1000 and 2000. Protocol 1000 has been 3 drops of MMS and 3 drops of citric acid maximum each hour for 8 hours a day and Protocol 2000 has been as many drops of each (of MMS and citric in equal numbers) an hour as you can take without getting sicker for 10 hours a day. Both protocols call for reducing the drops if one begins to feel bad. See web sitejimhumble.biz
Use 1 drop of DMSO for each drop of MMS. Add the DMSO only after the reaction of the MMS and the citric acid have completed (that’s 20 seconds when using 50% citric acid formula). Give the mixture 3 minutes to complete after adding the DMSO. Of course always stir the mixture.
Second: The second improvement comes because we do the first improvement. The addition of the DMSO drops improves the taste and makes it easier to take.
Third: Although I have encouraged people to increase the number of hours a day in which they take MMS I should mention that KerriRiverrawas the first person to report actually doing it and she also reported getting better results when doing so. She is having her people do more than 8 or 10 hours a day up to 12 to 15 hours and even longer. Many are reporting getting more results from the longer hours and also from adding DMSO. We increased the number of hours first and got improvements and then we added the DMSO and got improvements. In all cases when one begins to notice nausea or other negative reactions always reduce the amount of MMS one is taking in each hourly dose.
Follow the instructions given here and you will be OK. Please save these technical bulletins as there will be more. You may need them sometime, or they may save a life sometime. Also be sure to go to my web sitejimhumble.bizto read the instructions on protocols 1000 and 2000.

I just switched to the 1000+ protocol [every hour with equal amounts of MMS and DMSO] (I have candida/fungal issues, heavy metals, FMS/CFS, GI issues, adrenal/thyroid/hormonals...the list goes on). However, it doesn't seem to be very effective. I'm up to 6 drops per hour (when you are supposed to do only 3) b/c I'm noticing no difference.
However when I was working my way up to 15 drops twice a day (the old protocol), I seemed to start to get the die-off reactions (it started in my throat: major congestion, phlegm, mucus, raspy voice, tiredness...no diarrhea/vomiting/nausea though, but my stomach felt "odd"). I always took it on an empty stomach (upon awakening and before bed, and i waited at least 2 hours to eat after taking it or 4 hours after eating. I didn't have to worry about what to eat or what supplements to take b/c I knew I could plan it out so that they wouldn't interact. (Plus, it is extremely inconvenient to mix a dose every hour...I tried the "pre-mix" idea to carry around all day, but it seemed to lose it's effectiveness).
I don't know if this 1000+ protocol works. Like some people have surmised, it seems like a lot of the doses would be useless due to the neutralization effects of food, supplements, etc.
Should I go back to the 15 drops BID and work up to three or four times a day? I don't want to cause too much oxidative stress, but I can take some Vit C between the MMS dosages (with enough time in between).
Have most people benefited from the old or new protocol?
I appreciate anyone's advice, for there is not a lot of info about MMS out there.
I can tell your anxious to make the MMS work. There are several factors that could affect the MMS. The first rule to remember is that if you are taking ANY vitamins/supplements or prescriptions, take them separately from the MMS. By that i mean either in the morning several hours before you start MMS for the day or in the evening several hours after finishing your 8-10 hours. you also want to eat one hour after a dose and one hour before a dose. Example - MMS at 9am-10am-11am, lunch at 12pm, MMS at 1pm-2pm etc.
MMS is an oxidizer and will be neutralized by anti-oxidants. Vitamins, mineral, enzymes, etc., have anti-oxidant properties. You even have to be careful what you drink. Teas have anti-oxidant properties. There are several liquids which we have tested for MMS, but even that depends on where you live. In the Caribbean, COKE and Gatorade use different formulas and are ok with MMS. In the USA, i have only found Sierra Mist Natural. Just remember MMS will purify whatever it touches which can be of assistance to purify your lifestyle!

Oh dear. Oh dear. Sierra Mist Natural does have real sugar, but that is 6 1/4 teaspoons of sugar. If one is trying to destroy bad pathogens/microbes, one should remember that they love sugar. It is fuel for them. One teaspoon of granulated white sugar is close to four grams. Sierra Mist Natural has 25G of sugar.
Gatorade contains high fructose corn syrup, so I do hope the Caribbean formula is better. But still - remember the sugar.

My response was in the context of something that would not interfere with the MMS. Besides, how much sugar is eaten on a daily basis? Bread, pasta, potatos...all sugar in the end. I myself live as you suggest, minimal "sugar", (even went no sugar for awhile but it's hard in this climate) but it's just not easy for many. Especially those trying to heal and who have already cut out so much. In the big picture i don't think it will make you or break you. The Sierra Mist is mostly for helping with the taste, since water is the only other alternative we have found and it provides some comfort for those in transition. Because inevitably the mind must heal in order for the body to heal.
The Gatorade and Coke in the Caribbean, as with many things, do use different formulas and are NOT acceptable here.
Complex carbs and carbs with fiber are far more acceptable than the simple ones, especially when dealing with something bad enough to require MMS. I used water for the nine months of my protocol.
Some sacrifices must be made in a health protocol. I felt that more than a couple of weeks is really all that is required with MMS. In that time, one should know if it is going to work. I don't know why I chose to go so long. It interferes with the balance of the gut flora, so best to get it over with as quickly as possible.
This topic is speaking of a protocol 1000 and candida. Candida loves sugar. Even on a candida diet, one does not eat bread or potatoes, nor even carrots.
