\r\n \r\n My understanding, through sifting through the Internet, is that no form of colloidal silver is entirely colloidal or ionic but a balance of these two forms. Some products are mostly colloidal and others are mostly ionic. *Can anybody here clarify this?

\nAny how . . . After using some store bought colloidal silver, I decided to purchase a generator. It\'s website claims that virtually all \'colloidal silver\' on the market, either store bought or made at home is of the ionic variety. I haven\'t had to deal with any major health issues so I don\'t have any earth shattering success or fail testimonials to offer but so far, it\'s been a pleasant experience. I store it in 32 ounce bottle for internal use and 2 ounce bottles (with a spray pump) for external use.

\nA friend of the family who ALWAYS comes down with horrible colds that last at least one week+ complained about her throat and that she felt a cold coming on. I gave her a spray bottle and told her to spray her mouth and suggested for her to spray it into the air and \'walk into it\' while breathing in. that was yesterday. Today, she claims she even forgot that she felt that she was about to catch a cold. All she could think about was how the spray moisturized her face and made it feel incredibly soft!

\nI\'ve had similar experiences with "potential colds". . . Oh, and I cut my finger with a kitchen knife once and prior to sleeping that night, I sprayed my finger and let it air dry. In the morning the cut had closed up and didn\'t sting at all while taking a shower.\r\n

\nthe best one - though they do not directly recommend it - is a product that has a direct relationship with the comparison website which may mean bias but not necessarily....

\nI did buy a CS Generator when I began, but you can make your own CS with the following:-

\n1 or 3 x 9v Battery(square shaped)
\ndouble ended crocodile clips
\n2 x silver rods
\n
\nThat\'s all you need! I paid �45 for my first CS Gen years ago, and it was no better than the home made device. Much cheaper too!

\nI use my own filtered water - we have a special filter system, and the CS is fine. Some folk use purified water or distilled. Find what works best for you!
