Its so helpful to hear from people who have tried the different methods. Like yourself I had a very near death exsperience just over 2yrs ago. My blood work showed mercury and lead off the charts. I had 10 mercury amalgums removed. At the time I was severly infested with systemic yeast infections and parasites. When i started cleansing something came out of my body that looked like a jumbo shrimp. It was a nightmare.I read detoxify of die and wellness against all odds by dr. sherry rodgers.
