Found this forum on MMS and I feel I can use some support from time tot time.

Just started october 1st. Within a few days I was at 15 drops twice a day.

But I can't help it...I just got to experiment

Yesterday I took 15 drops on an empty stomach and took it with water. Normally I take it with applejuice and 1 hour after a meal.

My oh my, I felt terrible yesterday. I vomited after two hours. And got diarrhea. The whole day. I felt if was on a chemo for cancer. (I never was but heared stories...few, they must feel terrible and that for days).

Today a just skipped my first doses. An I just took my evening dose of 15 drops.

Now I do have a question. Is it a sign of being clean if you can take 15 drops on an empty stomach or are there just people like me who just can't take it first thing in the morning?

Another question. How do I know that the poison that was thrown out by diarrhea and vomitting was not the MMS itself? It is known that if you take certain poisons you just will vomit, your body will cleanse itself.

I'll keep you posted every day. So I can write my experiences down and see what will be the outcome of my MMS adventure.

Well, back to the 2 times daily 15 drops.

Feels much better when not taken on an empty stomach. No problesm at all, not even nausea. Never had that in the process anyway

I've got no problems with 15 drops two times a day. Now I can go for 3 times a day, but I do only eat two times a day. So, I won't go for 3. Especcially not because I was very sich the other day when I took it on an empty stomach

Today I did not take any dose. That is because I did only eat a carrot and some tomatoes. That's a to empty stomach for me to take MMS.

The question arises how to deal with MMS when almost not eating and knowing you will be very sick.

(By the way, I'm not getting weak at all when living on almost nothing...if I stay relaxed then)

You sound like me when i first took MMS. I had read everything I could for four days straight on the net. Tox studies, medical uses, medical patents. I wanted to know if it was all true. I took 6 drops first dose with no reaction, I waited an hr and took a 9 drop dose, no reaction. I waited another 1 1/2 hr and took a 12 drop dose. Well the shit hit the fan. had both ends going and about every 15 min intense sweat and a gut ache that would not quit. after about 3 hrs it all just stopped. From there I went to 15 drop two times a day and then to 3 x a day for a couple days finally topped off at 20 3x times a day. Never had anymore reactions like the first day. Mild loose stool was about it. So the way I see it if it was the MMS that poisoned me the first day I certainly would have been poisoned at 20 3x times a day. Buy the way most of the time i try to take it on an empty stomach but depends on your stomach. I also was taking it with just water. After that first day i had quite an aversion to the taste and smell. It took a while to get over that. During the time that I was taking it 2x a day I didn't have much appetite and lost some weight. Now its seems to make me hungry but I have not put any weight back on. Im currently taking 10dr maintanence dose about twice a week. Once since taking maintenance dose I had a reaction but i think I had some food poisoning.

I got dengue fever. Its like 10 days of the worst flew you've ever had times 3. My wife had it and was in the hospital for 3 days. Well i took fifteen drop 2x times and hour apart and all symptoms were gone with in 24 hrs. Most were gone within the first hour. Incredible stuff. Well I've rambled on long enough. good luck.

I use lemon juice to activate the MMS (we have a lemon tree out back). After the three-minute wait, I mix the MMS with a mixture of 1/4 glass of cranberry juice and 1/4 glass of water. This makes for a very very sour drink, but I glug it down in one gulp and the sour taste is soon gone. I don't get any of the smell that way. Also, I don't get any sugar in the mixture by drinking it that way.

Hi, just signed up Jim, simply wondered if your really up here answering questions. I have seen several websites claiming to be your "new" official website. Am in the process of sorting that out. Any suggestions from you or other members would be greatly appreciated! What is Jim Humble's Official website?

Jim Humble is not here. Never has been to my knowledge. But there are a number of folks here who have considerable experience with MMS and have been tracking it closely since it came on the market in the summer of 2007. I think you can find the answers you seek here. Jim does not answer much correspondence as he has been overwhelmed with questions.

Read the posts by 'Fan of Tom' and 'Tom'.
It basically states that 15 drops may be fine for malaria patients, but it does not appear that the protocol was refined once people with less severe diseases took interest in MMS.
Tom suggests a maximum dose of 6 drops.
Also, he does provide information and benefits to using it as a mouthwash.

None of this is intended to discredit Jim Humble.

very strong quality post. I think the biggest mistake people make is that they are not giving their bodies time to adjust to the intake. You cannot just jump to a high dosage without preparing your body for it first, and taking almost anything of this nature on an empty stomach causes bad vibes...
