Sounds like she either didn\'t follow directions and took way too much, or she had something else wrong with her to start with. You said "It had said in her research..." so she had read the protocol and didn\'t follow directions. Too much of most pharmaceutical medicines can bring the same results. Thousands die every day from prescription drugs.

She suffered severe and prolonged nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. She thought that those symptoms were to be expected because Humble�s written protocol states that vomiting and diarrhea are �not a bad sign�. After suffering those gradually more intense effects for eleven hours (which led to severe abdominal and urinary pain and dehydration), my wife went into a coma. An emergency was declared, and one hour of CPR plus other conventional emergency medical procedures by responders failed to revive her.

\nShe had decided to try MMS because she succumbed to the written arguments of its proponents that MMS could aid in protecting the two of us against malaria in our current yacht travels in the western Pacific islands.

\nI have since learned that MMS is not a medicine, but a toxic industrial chemical (sodium chlorite) that can be a dangerous and potentially lethal substance if mixed with citric acid and ingested as a medical remedy.

\nMy wife�s death has been investigated by the Port Vila (Vanuatu) Police Department\'s Criminal Investigation Division because the MMS she purchased "on the street" in Port Vila was publically promoted as a medical remedy for malaria and other maladies and sold to her by an unlicensed individual (according to the CID) in violation of Vanuatu statutes. The investigation has been supported by the Australian Joint Command Center in Port Vila. An autopsy was conducted August 22, 2009 in Port Vila by Court Order at their Central Hospital by the leading pathologist of the Victorian Institute for Forensic Medicine of Melbourne, Australia, who, with an assistant, was flown to Port Vila for that purpose.

\r\nI am very sorry for your loss. You said your wife took two drops of MMS mixed in lime juice. Do you mean that she activated the MMS with the recommended amount of lime juice (10 drops)? Did she eat or drink anything more with the activated solutiion?

\r\nThe only way I could see getting a lethal reaction would be if she was allergic to it. I worked up to 16 drops before I had a reaction, and that only lasted about two hours. I get very ill from morphine because I am allergic to it. Almost all drugs are chemicals and can be harmful if your system can\'t tollerate it.

\nI had taken MMS for 9 months. 15 drops, activated by lime juice, twice a day. After initial purging, I had no problems. So, I don\'t consider it a toxic poison. Unfortunately it did not help my most important conditions; so I gave it up. It is not a cure all after all. Any time problems may occur, the MMS action can be halted completely with a little vitamin C.\r\n

\nIn the video, Mr. Humble relates the story of a man who "chug-a-lugged" 2 ounces of MMS because he had mistaken it for a glass of water. Mr. Humble says that the man became very ill. His kidneys stopped working and he had to go on dialysis. He was hospitalized for several weeks. Mr. Humble says that people should know that, if they get extremely sick after taking MMS, "they need to go to the hospital because the kidneys will quit working".
\nThe second reference is an article entitled "Acute Sodium Chlorite Poisoning Associated with Renal Failure", by Ja-Liang Lin. It was published in a journal called "Renal Failure" (Ren Fail, 1993; 15(5); 645-8). The website mmsmiracle.com says that Miracle Mineral Solution is a 28% solution of sodium chlorite in distilled water. The term "renal failure" means that the kidneys stop working. The abstract says that the patient ingested 10g of sodium chlorite. The patient suffered an acute hemolytic crisis and acute renal failure. He was on dialysis for 4 weeks.
\nThe third reference is a Letter to the Editor that was published in the September 2009 edition of the Journal of Medical Toxicology. It\'s entitled "Chlorine Dioxide-induced Acute Hemolysis" by Hari Kishan, M.D. (J Med Toxicol 2009 Sep; 5(3):177). The website mmsmiracle.com says that chlorine dioxide is produced when Miracle Mineral Solution is activated. Dr. Kishan\'s article relates the story of two patients "with alleged accidental consumption of approximately 100 ml each of 2% (20 g/L) Cl02". Cl02 is chlorine dioxide. Dr. Kishan says that investigations on both patients revealed significant anemia with features of intravascular hemolysis.
