Default Calcium-Magnesium-vitD

Can anyone reccomend a good supplement that has these three things & is not too large to swallow? I have trouble swallowing large pills. My Dr. has suggested that I add this to my regimine, so I started looking, but there are so many that I am overwlelmed!

You can buy liquid versions of this. Talk to your local
pharmacist(s). They'll have several choices for you. Just
make sure that the ratio of calcium/magnesium is 2/1.

As to Vit-D,.....the sun is free!....Other wise, you can
buy VitD caps at Walmart. They have an 800IU tab that
is very small and costs just a few bucks.

Default one option

Gemini,

This is the product my wife uses:

https://www.papanature.com/store/Prod...&pid=LIF-40005

It's widely available online and at many health food stores.

The good thing about this product is that it contains well absorbed forms of both calcium and magnesium - it also provides a decent amount of vitamin D.

I advised my wife to take it after breakfast and dinner (or a snack) to improve the vitamin D absorption.

Be well,

HH
