\r\n \r\n There\'s a lot of confusing advice out there about what supplements/vitamins etc to take. I already take Vitamin D3 every day along with Krill oil capsules for omega 3 but now have been reading about the benefits of vitamin k2 does anyone take this and if so how much?\r\n

\r\n \r\n I\'ve heard lots of good things about vitamin K, but personally I don\'t believe in taking individual nutrients unless you know for sure you\'re deficient in that particular substance.

\nIn my book, the best thing is to take a good multivitamin/mineral (with full B Complex - all 11 B vitamins) and maybe something like Udo\'s Choice for Essential Fatty Acids. That, plenty of exercise, sufficient sleep and a good diet. That\'s got it all covered.\r\n

Question What supplements do you take?
