Default Is this enough magnesium?

Hi, all,

I have Tinnitus and I want to take magnesium, as this has been said to help. I'm taking magnesium citrate capsules, 300mg a day, and just wanted to know if this is enough? I assumed it would be, when I bought it three weeks ago, but now I'm reading about magnesium in powder form, much higher doses than 300mg, ect

To ensure I'm getting a good, strong, effective dose of magnesium, what do I take? Thanks

You are taking a good form. However, is it 300 mg of magnesium or 300 mg of mg citrate?

Thanks, for the reply.

It's citrate. Here's the link to the product to confirm: https://www.hollandandbarrett.com/pag...246&prodid=512
