Default My regime

Hello, again,

Well, after doing a lot of research I've decided upon a regime of vitamins I wish to take. It'd be awesome if I could get any input as to how safe my regime is? Obviously, I know most vitamins are safe, but I'm already stressed out to the max about my Tinnitus, and don't want to add any more problems.

B Complex: https://www.justvitamins.co.uk/produc...FUFC4QodaGVLCQ

Multivitamin (already taking): Typical values per tablet, % RDA (where applicable) in brackets:
Vitamins
Vitamin A 800mcg (100)
Vitamin B1 1.1mg (100)
Vitamin B2 1.4mg (100)
Vitamin B3 16mg (100)
Vitamin B5 6mg (100)
Vitamin B6 1.4mg (100)
Vitamin B12 2.5mcg (100)
Vitamin C 80mg (100)
Vitamin D3 5mcg (100)
Natural Source Vitamin E 12mg (100)
Vitamin K 37.5mcg (50)
Biotin 50mcg (100)
Folic Acid 200mcg (100)
Minerals
Boron 150mcg
Calcium 200mg (25)
Chloride 36mg
Chromium 20mcg (50)
Copper 1mg (100)
Iodine 150mcg (100)
Iron 14mg (100)
Magnesium 75mg (20)
Manganese 2mg (100)
Molybdenum 25mcg
Phosphorous 40mg
Potassium 40mg
Selenium 55mcg (100)
Zinc 10mg (100)

Magnesium: Now Foods, Magnesium Malate, 1000 mg (150mg x 3 times a day)

B12: Pure Advantage, B-12, 500 mcg Spray (https://www.iherb.com/Pure-Advantage-...-oz/18154?at=0)

I only want to take B12 for maybe six to eight weeks, to see if it makes a difference, after which I may just rely on the B Complex.

Could I just ask something else as well. I see you can get B12 in as much as 5000mcg, is the B12 spray better... absorbed or something? 5000mcg obviously is a lot more than 500...

Thanks, so much, to anyone that can offer an informed opinion.

The B12 spray is absorbed better than other forms of vitamins. https://preventdisease.com/news/10/07...sorption.shtml

Are you taking any Omega 3 or additional D3 supplements? If not, I would add those 2 for sure.

Thanks, again, Kind. Why Omega 3 and D3?

Omega 3 is an essential fatty acid which the body requires but can't make on it's own. Omega 3's benefits are really too numerous to mention them all. It reduces inflammation throughout the body, nourishes cell membranes, supports the arteries, helps avoid eye problems like macular degeneration, helps with depression, arthritis, dementia, etc., etc.

Vitamin D3 is good to take because you really can't get enough from the sun alone, and many people have a vitamin D deficiency, D3 is the more natural and preferred form to take. It's also good for inflammation, the immune system, bones and gum health. There's lots of good info on vitamin D here on the forum.
