Thanks saved for the good reminder, and some folks may not be aware of the difference between the two. I've know for a long time that the d-alpha is the natural and preferred form of vitamin E. I'm sure waaay back in the day, when I first started taking supplements aside from a daily multi, I took my fair share of the dl.
