Default lecithin

I've heard many wonderful things about lecithin BUT most is from soy which I choose not to eat even if it's GMO. I guess it can come from egg yolks too. We eat eggs every couple of weeks sometimes more. Am I missing out on something really good?

I don't use any soy products either, but I do take Lecithin at least a couple of times per week.

I'm glad to learn it can be found in fish and legumes.

I read Dr. Jacob Rinses recipe several years ago and I knew he used lecithcin but didn't want to use it because I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and soy is goitrogenic.

Yesterday I did take 4 packets of liposomal vit. c throughout the day. Lecithin was the second ingredient and boy was I whoooped. I'm guessing it was the lecithin but don't know for sure.

kind2creatures, do you ever get tired after taking the lecithin?

No mommysunshine, I never felt tired afterwards, and neither does my husband.
