Please, someone, recommend me a good multi-mineral supplement. I swallow too many vitamins a day. Thanks.

If it is minerals you are looking for I would suggest checking out Dr. Joel Wallach on youtube. He has a great product with all 60 colloidal minerals, however, I don't like the idea that it is sweetened with fructose.

There is another product called black mica. I wouldn't suggest any particular product unless you do some research and decide for yourself.

Thanks much for your reply. I will look into the two that you requested, although, I do not like using fructose.

We have taken these seven years. They are completely plant based - they are nutricutical (every jar has the same amount of vitamins) and they are predigested so you don't need to eat something with them.

Unfortunately, I researched last night on line, and picked up some Collodial minerals (72) just today. Perhaps next time, if I am not pleased with these. Have a great eve.
