So glutathione cannot be taken orally because the stomach acid destroys it. So what would happen if we made Lipsomal glutathione?
This is a site where patches can be purchased. 30 patches, a months supply is $77. Ouch.
https://glutathionepatch.co/
Surely lipsomal administration would be much less expensive.
Here is a Dr Donsbach product of lipsomal vitamin c and glutatione
https://www.letstalkhealth.com/Symplex-C-32oz-p/601.htm
still pretty spendy but I don't know how long a bottle is good for, that is, how many days of effective dosages it offeres.

Look at this page to start learning about liposomal glutathione in this patch delivery system
https://www.livonlabs.com/cgi-bin/htm...heric-gsh.html
Dr Donsbach sell it combined in his oral liposomal c product.. www.letstalkhealth.com
you could make this at home for a fraction of the cost.
please be aware that gluatathione levels can decrease as much as 10% per decade as you age once you start getting past the age of 20.

Don't forget that both melatonin and vitamin d increase glutathione production
Zinc is essential for melatonin production so ensuring you get adequate (That also means not too much as well as not to little)

do you have a link/source for this by any chance? I have G6PD deficiency and so probably have low levels of glutahione as a result and would like to know how to increase its production naturally

I need to increase glutathione production in order to improve my gut lining (leaky gut syndrome). Glutathione strengthens the lining.
I found this article very helpful.

Whey increases glutathione production but you have to eat it daily. I use Jarrow brand whey for this.
